Aqua Air Africa Official Launch 2019

The construction of the plant began in 2018 with a team of committed engineers and local SMMEs led by the CEO of Aqua Air Africa Ms Keamogetswe Matsho, and just over a year later we are ready to open the doors to the public. Inspired by the water cycle that takes place in nature, the plant produces about 10 000 litres of water per day from the air, which is then carefully bottled for consumption. The plant will be gradually scaled up to produce 100 000 litres of water per day over the coming years, as part of the vision to provide access to safe drinking water to all communities even beyond our borders.

Beauty Revolution
Our 14 and 15 March was surely interesting, Aqua Air partnered with beauty brand Candi & Co for the annual Beauty Revolution at the Sandton Convention Centre. Guests enjoyed free make-up tutorials and other beauty enhancement activities while enjoying AAA’s premium atmospheric water. The expo was jammed packed, which subsequently increased our social media following and mentions including famous hip-hop artist, Nadia Nakai. We look forward to partnering with more brands for the
next Beauty Revolution event.
Eye of Africa Club Championship

Aqua Air took part in its very first golf event
on the 14 of March 2020, at the Eye of Africa Signature Golf Estate. The team set up a water station for the golfers to grab a free bottle of Aqua Air water to keep them hydrated during
the tournament. Many golfers were happy to come in contact with the brand and have their event sponsored by Aqua Air. This saw the beginning of a new partnership with the local estate restaurant where AAA atmospheric water will be available in the near future.

Trove Wellness
On the 7 of March 2020, Aqua Air partnered up with Trove Wellness as part of this year’s theme of maintaining good health. The bootcamp hosted by the well-known fitness junkie Juanita Khumalo, consisted of an intense fitness session which got the audience in tip-top shape for 2020. The Aqua Air team ensured that the attendees were well hydrated during the bootcamp with AAA’s premium hydration atmospheric water.
Hostex Johannesburg: Aqua Air takes Hostex 2020 by storm

Aqua Air Africa (Pty) Ltd exhibited at Africa's largest food, drink, and hospitality Expo, Hostex 2020, hosted at the Sandton Convention Centre on 1 – 3 March 2020. Over 250 exhibitors from 25 countries landed in the country, and over 1000 innovative products were showcased at the three-day expo. Aqua Air utilized the platform to introduce its innovative atmospheric water generating technology and bottled water range to hotel managers, catering professionals, distributors, retailers, and restaurant owners. With a visually appealing stand inspired by nature’s water cycle, the guests validated our distinguished atmospheric water taste as pure clean and high-quality, just like rainwater. Hostex 2020 afforded Aqua Air great exposure and saw the beginning of new strategic partnerships. We look forward to Hostex 2022.

Small Business Runway
Aqua Air Africa (Pty) Ltd was invited to be part of the Small Business Runway Expo as an exhibitor, hosted at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand. The exhibition allowed small businesses to showcase their products and services from their respective industries. The two-day expo was highlighted by business lessons conducted by reputable speakers such as Ndumiso Hadebe, Maphetla Motsepe, and Emmanuel Bonoko. The Aqua Air team maximised on the opportunity to engage the audience and generate leads as well as tap into potential strategic relationships.
National Water & Sanitation Master Plan

Aqua Air Africa (Pty) Ltd was invited to be part of the National Water & Sanitation as exhibitors. The event consisted of various companies that showcased their innovations aimed at tackling issues faced in South Africa such as sustainable housing, and water & sanitation. The Aqua Air team set up a water tasting station where attendees tasted Aqua Air’s water and interacted with the team about atmospheric water solutions. The Minister of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation Lindiwe Sisulu visited all the exhibition stalls and shared her wisdom with the exhibitors. Aqua Air is honoured to have been part of such an auspicious occasion.

to discuss possible ways to strengthen the water value chain through solid partnerships. Our Sales and Marketing Manager Moren Matshisevhe shared Aqua Air’s capability through our innovative and sustainable atmospheric water solutions with the Chief Director of Water Ecosystems from the Department of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation Hon Ndileka Mohapi.
Luxuria Lifestyle
Our Spring season started off on a high note as Aqua Air was the chosen premium hydration partner for the Luxuria Lifestyle premium brands showcase event held at BMW Auto Bavaria in Midrand. We showcased our bottled water range, which kept the audience alive and hydrated. Luxuria Lifestyle afforded us great
exposure and increased our clientele.

Aqua Air was a proud sponsor of the first ever Lifestyle Anchor Women’s dialogue aimed at empowering women from various sectors. As an organisation that embodies women empowerment, the Lifestyle Anchor dialogue for and driven by women enabled us to capture the right audience for our brand positioning. Being part of this
dialogue also allowed us to build long-term strategic relationships meant to encourage Aqua Air’s brand exposure.

Mandela Day 2019

Mandela Day is about touching people’s lives one community at a time. For Mandela Day 2019 the Aqua Air team alongside sister-companies Moipone Group Investments and LBK Consulting spread the spirit of ubuntu through giving back to the community of Ga-Rankuwa, in Pretoria. Prior to Mandela Day 2019, the group assisted in the construction of the community centre which now also services as a church. The community identified ten underprivileged families to receive food parcels which were then delivered to their homes. Members of the community joined the team at the community centre, which saw songs of jubilation echoing in the streets as the team handed over donations, painted the community centre and prepared lunch for the community. It was a day filled with love and compassion.

Christmas Drive 2018

Aqua Air Africa along with our sister company LBK Consulting visited the Tshedimosetso Youth Network in Garankuwa, as part of reviving the spirit of ubuntu through giving back to the community, during the christmas holiday. We believe in taking action to empower shelters whose main purpose is to effectively groom future leaders, a purpose we hold in high regard.
Tshedimosetso Youth Network is an afterschool care shelter looking after orphaned and vulnerable pupils aged between 6 to 17 years. Furthermore, they provide Home Based Care services to the families involved. The shelter receives student referrals from various schools within Garankuwa, identified by local educators. Driven by the purpose to inspire children to grow, develop and be successful – among other services, the shelter helps the learners with homework and gives them their last meal for the day. Several learners that were groomed by the shelter have become young successful professionals that empower the community.
